Programme Highlights
Materials play a pivotal role in making innovations in product designs, services and infrastructure developments, which improve human living standards. New materials and advanced materials processing techniques applied in industrial applications will lead to new and better products and enhance productivity and product quality.

The theme of MaSTEC 2013 is ‘Roles of Materials in Innovation’, and topics for discussions include a) Innovations in building and construction materials, b) Metals, glass, advanced ceramic materials and failure analysis, c) Nanomaterials and their innovative applications, and d) Rare earth and other high-tech materials and applications.
