Speaker
Ir Dr Tommy Lo is a Registered Professional Engineer in building, civil and
materials. He is the President of Hong Kong Institution of Certified Auditors
with over 20 years' experience in QMS audit. He has been actively involved in
testing and certification, development of product certification schemes for
building materials, promoting audit professionalism and uniqueness of QMS in
Hong Kong. Ir Dr Lo is the Associate Professor of City University of Hong Kong,
actively conducts research and consultancy work in concrete technology and
material engineering.
