Programme Highlights
Anderson Road Quarry started producing rock products since 1956 and is currently one of the only two quarrying sites in operation in Hong Kong. Participants will understand the process of converting in-situ rock into aggregates, screening imported rocks and the quarry rehabilitation programme to revert the site back to a natural-looking state. This visit will include a technical presentation.
