Lim Chong Sit

Er Lim Chong Sit is a Fellow, Institute of Engineers, Singapore, Professional Engineer and Accredited Checker, Singapore. He has more than 40 years of experience in the design and construction of building projects particularly those using precast and prefabricated technology.

Mr Raymond Chong is a Managing Director of Splice Sleeve (S) Pte Ltd incorporated since 1998. Splice Sleeve (S) Pte Ltd is the subsidiary of Splice Sleeve Japan, Ltd. The NMB Splice Sleeve system consists of the splice sleeve full grouted connector in combination with the SS Mortar grout.
