Programme Highlights:
In view of the potential advantages in environmental issues of using GGBS, the Government aims at increase the use of GGBS concrete in all construction projects, including the public works. TCC Group Holdings is one of the leading companies in production and supply of cement and GGBS for the industrials. As invited by HKIE-Materials Division, TCC will share their expertise in GGBS production control, use of GGBS in construction works and the benefits for using GGSB in concrete. The Seminar will delve a fruitful insight into practical application in construction works, considerations in using GGBS and contribution in environmental issues.

Speaker:
Mr. Huang is the Senior Assistant Manager at Low-Carbon R&D Center of TCC Group Holdings who has over 20 years of experience in construction materials (cement, concrete and GGBS), including the innovations in low-carbon solutions.

Language:
Putonghua and PowerPoint presentation with English terminology.

This seminar is free of charge but the number of participants is limited to 70, applications will be accepted on a first-come-first served basis with priority given to members of Materials Division and Young Members Committee. CPD certificate will be issued after the event.
